At WelleCo US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
